Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) is produced from non-petroleum sources such as agricultural waste, algae, and other biomass. It can reduce lifecycle carbon emissions by up to 80% versus conventional jet fuel and is compatible with existing aircraft engines and infrastructure.
